The space

A quiet, modern studio
on a historic block

625 square feet that punches above its weight. A queen bed sits across from a 55-inch smart TV mounted on a deep navy accent wall. There's a recliner for evening reading, a work desk and lamp by the window for guests who need to log in, and a real kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and starter dishes.

The bathroom is its own win. Marble-look subway tile in the tub and shower, a clean modern vanity, and storage for your toiletries. A wall-mounted Daikin mini-split keeps the space cool, dry, and quiet.

You enter through your own ground-level red door, smart lock for keyless check-in, on-site parking just outside. The upstairs Loft is a separate unit, so the Studio is fully self-contained.
